On the behalf of my teammates Benjamin Alves and Cristiano Franco, as well as myself, I would like to thank the Inter-American Development Bank for the 3rd place awarded to our team at the “Alerta Zika” data expedition. More than the prize itself our greatest proud was to be able to provide three insights to the municipal health secretary and sum up on the efforts to fight the Zika disease in Rio de Janeiro.
